Robert Kaelin
Entrepreneur, Author, Speaker, Trainer, Coach

Robert Kaelin is an entrepreneur, author, speaker, trainer and coach. Robert began a journey and found a passion for leadership while working at Microsoft and began pursuing that passion after graduating with a degree in leadership from Faith International University. He is a restaurant owner with his wife in the heart of his hometown, Puyallup with a café called Elements. Robert is a visionary leader, launching Counter Culture Leadership which helps equip leaders to reach their full potential. He runs the non-profit called Generous Influencers, which is on mission to influence communities with generosity through community events. Robert is also currently serving on the Chamber of Commerce’s Board of Directors. Robert lives in the Pacific Northwest with his wife, Jackie. They have three children and love spending their time adventuring and soaking in the world around them.

Raquel Babcock
Owner, MarQuel’s Events and Experiences

Raquel Babcock is the owner of MarQuel’s events and experiences. She has over 20+ years’ experience in the events industry working with nonprofit organizations, corporate clients, and network groups. In addition, Raquel is the Hospitality and Events Manager for a large corporate company that provides senior housing across the United States. She manages all corporate events, retreats, and conferences for the executive team, general managers, and directors with the company. This includes design concept, marketing, branding of events, vendor negotiations, travel coordination, budget management, food and beverage development and on-site coordination. Raquel is a current member of several national and local chapters in the event industry which include NACE, ILEA, MPI and the Concierge Guild of Seattle. She has also earned her CMP certification through MPI. In 2020 Raquel earned the “Best Corporate Event under 50K”.

Glenda Shepard's
Founder & CEO, Triumphant Strength

Dr. Glenda Shepard has been a registered nurse for 36 years, including 11 years as a nurse practitioner. She works as a Hospice & Palliative consultant and is a member of the Hospice Palliative Nurses Association & American Academy of Hospice and Palliative Medicine. Dr. Shepard is also the Founder & CEO of Triumphant Strength, a health & wellness ministry that empowers holistic well-being.

Glenda is on a mission to eradicate the trajectory of chronic diseases by educating & empowering holistic health & wellness. Since the early 1980s, she has coached and empowered others based on whole-food-based nutrition, physical movement, and spirituality.  

In her clinical work as an end-of-life provider, her passion is to ensure quality, compassionate care. Through her end-of-life experience as a widower, she understands the pain of losing a loved one and believes that the end of life should encompass comfort, peace, and dignity despite the pain.

Glenda earned a Doctorate in Nursing Practice from Seattle Pacific University. She holds certifications for physical movement, holistic nutrition, gut health, intrinsic coaching, and biblical health coaching. 

Glenda lives in the beautiful Pacific NW. She is a mother, competitive figure, bodybuilder, speaker, and a mighty woman of God.

Roger & Sarah Stanton
CR National Ambassador Coach, National Mental Health Champion

Roger and Sarah have been married for over 20 years and have 3 daughters. Both are graduates of Washington State University where they each earned a Masters Degree. Roger is a licensed architect who has worked for the Tacoma Park District since 2013. He is known for overseeing an $85m park installation that included the new Dune Peninsula at Point Defiance park. Sarah is an entrepreneur who started her own mental health counseling agency in 2012. She is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor who specializes in individual and family therapy. In 2009, Roger and Sarah committed to serving in the recovery field through Celebrate Recovery (CR) at their church, Champions Centre. In 2012 they took on the role as the Ministry Leaders of their local CR and have led the ministry since. Beginning in 2020, Roger and Sarah joined the CR National Team that administers approximately 37,000 CR ministries across the globe. Roger is the CR National Ambassador Coach and Sarah is the National Mental Health Champion.
